When it comes to eye products, I always take a step back, read a ton of reviews and then decide whether I should spend my hard earned cash or not. Eyes are weird and sensitive which is why I always make sure I trust the brand I am using; I certainly want to avoid anything that could cause irritation, allergies or skin problems. With this in mind, I was happy to hear from Realash, a brand I am sure you have already heard of around the blogsphere. Their products are said to be made from natural ingredients and now that I've using them for a little while I thought I’d share my first impressions.
Undoubtedly their most iconic product, the Realash Eyelash Enhancer (£55) seems to work a great deal in giving you fuller and longer lashes. I've been using this for over a week or so and whilst it is a bit early to tell whether results are on par with claims, I am loving how cool the product feels on my eyes, how conditioned my lashes seem and the decrease in lash fall out, and this is only from a few days of use. Albeit my lashes are naturally long, I am not expecting massive changes but I would not mind fuller looking lashes that only need a coat of mascara to look ready to go.
Said to be a revolutionary mascara for a non-stop fabulous lashes look, the UP Realash Mascara (£30) is something I was really looking forward to trying being the mascara addict I am. Sadly however, I was left pretty disappointed by its formula as it barely lengthened or volumised my lashes. The formula may be long lasting and all, but the result I get is pretty mediocre at best so you're better off saving your money with this one.
Now onto my absolute favourites of the range, the ARROW by Realash Eye Pencil (£30) isn't the cheapest around but I adore its soft, silky formula that glides at easy around my water line. My eyes are pretty delicate when it comes to eye pencils and with this I've had no issues whatsoever. I particularly like the built-in sponge that allows me to create luscious smoky eyes. I have worn this to the gym multiple times (and I probably should have included it in my Gym-Proof Make-Up post), and I am happy to revert it does not smudge and stays put throughout the day with the same great vibrant colour as if I had just applied it.
EDGE by Realash Eyeliner (£25) is different to any eyeliner I've ever used and being a gel eyeliner kinda girl, I thought I wasn't going to get along with it, but I did and I have been using it almost every day instead of my all-time favourite Collection gel liner. The precise application is what surprised me the most, as the eyeliner comes with a built-in sharpener allowing you to create thin lines for an everyday look or bold, edgy lines for a dramatic party look. This is also said to be smudge-proof and whilst that is true, it is not as long lasting as the eye pencil so between the two I'd go with the latter.
All in all, I'm glad to finally understand what the hype around this brand is all about. Sure they are expensive as, but if you are looking to try products that care for delicate eyes and are sure not cause any allergies or irritations, I'd recommend Realash (steer clear of the mascara though). If however, your eyes can pretty much take anything, I'd say you are better off looking elsewhere; high-end brands that we all love will probably come at a cheaper price tag than these.

Thanks for reading beauties and wishing everyone a nice weekend ahead!
